**Production Worker / Operator**

**Our Client**:
Is an Australian leading food manufacturing company in Northern suburbs of Brisbane, renowned for our delicious pastry products and desserts. They are currently looking for skilled Production Workers to join our team on day, afternoon, and night shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate production equipment and machinery in the manufacturing of pastry products and desserts
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Pack finished products into appropriate containers and label them accurately
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues or deviations from standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, preferably in pastries or dessert production
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to read and interpret recipes, production schedules, and labels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and weighing ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work on day, afternoon, and night shifts as needed
