Paragon Engineering is seeking a proactive individual to join our growing team. We're a specialist engineering firm with a primary focus on structural design for foundations and shoring systems, structural assessment and specialist testing/monitoring. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an extraordinary Administrative Assistant to join our office. In this role, you'll be capable of navigating a busy, technical work setting to support our operations with a range of tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise between internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project schedules and track progress, and achievement of project milestones.
- Maintain our Quality Management System documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering best practices.
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Organise logistics and events.
- Provide support for staff affairs and ensure HR functions run smoothly.
- Maintain online/social media presence
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced tools such as AI, Google Suite, CRM systems, and Canva.
- Experience in accounting software.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a switch-tasking environment
- SEO and Social media skills
