Based in North Ryde, this exciting position offers you the chance to shape the future of the dental industry by recruiting top talent across clinical support roles (Dental Assistants, Receptionists and Practice Managers) - both permanent and temporary. You’ll be at the heart of our mission, driving our success through strategic talent acquisition and relationship management.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical support roles across our network
- Partner with practice leaders and operations managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media and talent pools
- Conduct screening, interviews and background checks
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent campaigns
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in our ATS
- Contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of success in sourcing and talent management across multiple role types
- Experience using SmartRecruiters (or similar ATS) is highly regarded
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people to the right opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing competing priorities
