J&J MedTech Surgical Vision is seeking a dynamic Clinical Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact across New South Wales and Queensland. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide crucial in-theatre support and forge strong partnerships with leading Ophthalmologists.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate information and training regarding all products and their indications (i.e. surgical techniques) to Health Care Professionals, Consultants, Surgical Trainees and Nursing Staff
- Provide first-class service and seamless support to customers including training, stock checks and timely deliveries to ensure the operation proceeds successfully
- Assist in the promotion of safe and effective use of products through regular theatre attendance (up to 80% of time), customer education and training sessions
- Support J&J Phacoemulsification evaluations as the clinical expert, partnering with Territory Managers and customers to understand clinical needs, support surgical confidence and delivery optimal outcomes for patients
- Partner with Territory Managers to identify business opportunities across the portfolio in key focus accounts
- Proactively build and develop relationships with clinical stakeholders
- Develop a portfolio of Key Opinion Leaders across the product portfolio

**Qualifications**:
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary Degree in Health Care or related field
- Prior experience with Phacoemulsification equipment is expected
- Experience with an in-theatre background is highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to discuss stakeholders clinical needs, translate into educational content and training programs
