As the **Early Careers Talent Acquisition Business Partner**, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging the next generation of dental professionals. You will:

- ** Lead university engagement efforts** - Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, and presentations to connect with students.
- ** Build strong relationships** - Partner with universities, student organizations, and industry groups to strengthen our employer brand.
- ** Develop talent pipelines** - Identify and nurture top early-career talent, providing casual work opportunities through our Clinical Support Team.
- ** Collaborate with key stakeholders** - Work closely with our **Chief Talent Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition, Clinical Capability Development Lead and Organisational Capabilities team**to develop and execute effective talent strategies.
- ** Enhance the student experience** - Support students in their career journey by offering insights, mentorship, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in **early talent, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition** (ideally within healthcare or professional services).
- A **people person** who loves networking, engaging with students, and building strong industry relationships.
- A **strategic thinker** who can develop creative ways to attract and retain top graduate talent.
- Strong **project management skills** - able to juggle multiple events, partnerships, and recruitment cycles.
- Passion for the **healthcare sector** and an understanding of the unique challenges in dental recruitment.
