The venue is jam packed with variety and is a must visit to those far and wide. **The Role** *** As Assistant Manager, you’ll be an motivational people leader, who loves creating a stellar service to locals and patrons. Hospo is your passion, from managing busy functions & events to coordinating a busy bistro and pouring the best craft brews for your favourite locals at the bar. You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons experience the best, every time. Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your large team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount. Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney’s most reputable high volume pubs or functions & events coordination experience in a busy pub will be essential in hitting the ground running.
