Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in student counseling and sales, along with an understanding of the Australian visa system. Ideally, you are currently studying to become a registered migration agent or have a strong interest in this field. In this management role, you will be responsible for converting student inquiries into successful enrollments and helping our team achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team focused on student conversions and client engagements.

Utilize your knowledge of the Australian visa system to provide accurate and effective guidance to students and clients.

Work closely with prospective students to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on educational pathways and migration options.

Drive sales and conversion rates by developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Monitor team performance and provide training, support, and motivation to ensure success.

Stay updated with changes in visa regulations and industry trends to maintain the highest level of service.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

Report on conversion rates, sales figures, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:
Background in student counseling and sales is essential.

Strong knowledge of the Australian visa system, with a preference for those studying to become a registered migration agent.

Proven experience in managing a team, with the ability to motivate and lead by example.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

How to Apply:
Pay: $55,100.22 - $70,000.00 per year
