- We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven **Assistant Marketing Manager** to support the strategic delivery of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of vibrant retail centres across Sydney. Partnering with Centre Management, you’ll help drive foot traffic, boost sales, and build centre brand awareness. This role is based at either Kellyville or Richmond and supports sites from Campbelltown to Katoomba.

We're seeking a marketing professional with experience in the retail or property sector who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering results.

**About the Role**
- Be part of a high-performing team where every day brings variety. You’ll play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns, engaging with local communities, and supporting centre performance.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Executing centre marketing plans aligned with strategic goals
- Supporting digital, social media, and content initiatives
- Delivering in-centre events and promotional activations
- Tracking budgets and reporting on campaign outcomes
- Liaising with retailers, agencies, and community groups

**About You**
- We’re looking for a confident communicator and creative thinker with a passion for retail marketing and customer engagement.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll bring**:

- A degree in Marketing or relevant retail marketing experience
- Strong stakeholder skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Confidence working on-site across multiple retail centres
- Experience managing social media and web content
- A passion for creating innovative and engaging campaigns
