**Your new company**
Hays are proud to be partnering with Family Planning Tasmania (FPT) in their search for a commercially focused and values driven CEO. With a head office in Glenorchy, FPT was established in 1973 and are Tasmanian’s experts and leaders in reproductive and sexual health care services across the State.

**Your new role**
The ideal applicant will be passionate about people and looking to assist Tasmanians achieve the best sexual & reproductive health care in an inclusive environment. As a proven Senior Manager/Leader, you’ll possess a growth mindset, formal qualification in a relevant discipline and come with strong commercial acumen. You’ll have experience working in partnership with a board, be an authentic leader and have a comprehensive knowledge of strategy and managing a wide range of stakeholders including advocacy, policy and maintaining government relationships. Experience in the health care sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

**What you'll need to succeed**
