As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be essential in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles as ARTEMUS Group continues its growth trajectory. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll be responsible for supporting the company’s expansion by driving the recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the right talent is identified and hired across multiple venues.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from sourcing through to onboarding.
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with the improvement of practices for the Manly Wharf portfolio and the TA team.
- Closely collaborate with senior leaders, to align recruitment strategies with current and future workforce needs.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring leaders to support talent planning and delivery.
- Assist with strengthen our employer brand and help position Artemus Group as an employer of choice.
- Develop inclusive hiring campaigns and strategies to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, working effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly and adapt effectively in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player, you love collaborative environments but can also work independently when needed.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment, with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
