**About the role**

Are you ready to **grow your marketing caree**r while making a real impact? Join our fast-growing team of passionate changemakers on a mission to make recycling easy, effective, and even enjoyable.

As our **Growth Marketing and Content Specialist**, you’ll drive **exciting projects**while managing **day-to-day marketing activities**. You’ll lead the charge in inspiring and engaging individuals in the recycling revolution—creating awareness, fostering loyalty and building advocacy.

**What you’ll do**

**Customer acquisition**:

- Plan creative, cost-effective growth strategies to bring in new customers
- Lead projects like referral programs, co-branded partnerships, and social media ads.

**Customer loyalty**:

- Design CRM strategies with automated workflows and retention campaigns.
- Create feedback loops to improve customer experience and retention.

**Content creation**:

- Develop and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Use graphic design and video editing skills to create standout visuals and videos.
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.

**Performance & trends**:

- Monitor and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and find the next growth opportunity.
- Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Growth hacking**:

- Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to boost engagement and grow our community.

**About you**

We’re looking for a driven, creative marketing professional who:

- Has a flair for **storytelling**and **creating content** that inspires action.
- Knows **social media inside out**, from ads to design and video editing (proficient in Canva and Capcut)
- Is a **skilled project manager**, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Thrives in a **fast-paced environment**, balancing momentum with quality.
- Keeps a **pulse**on **trends**in recycling, sustainability, and social media.
- Has at least **2 years of experience** in a similar role and a degree in **marketing**.
- Brings **growth marketing training or experience** to drive innovative customer acquisition strategies
- Has **full working rights** in Australia

Hybrid position: 3 days in the office, located in Barangaroo, Sydney (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) - 2 days work from home.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
