**About the opportunity**

Business lunches - or catch up dinner - it’s the perfect place to make an impression and enjoy sophisticated dining, food and hospitality. Customers enjoy delicious range of grill options and seafood along with an extensive wine and cocktail list.

As a leader you will have a record in a la crate operations and will be confident in shift management, assisting with recruitment & training, troubleshooting service issues, hosting, and being at the forefront of service.

The business is looking for a leader who is serious about restaurant operations and has the desire to move on up with a group in the near future.

We want to connect with leaders of all levels who have experience in fully serviced restaurants or venues.
