**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of delicious and visually appealing beverages, such as hot and cold coffees (with latte art), specialty drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes, in accordance with Bella's Wonderland Kids Café's standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with children and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
- Engage young guests in conversations, making them feel welcome and comfortable in the café environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with café setup, including preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and arranging displays.
- Contribute to the overall atmosphere and ambience of the café, participating in special events, decorations, and themed activities.

Skills & Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista and in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and their families in a positive and friendly manner.
- A passion for creating delightful experiences and making children smile.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of various coffee and beverage recipes is a plus.
- Flexible work schedules
