**About the role**

Join our vibrant cafe team at Tap and Grind Cafe' in Southport, as an Experienced Barista with all rounder skills.
In this position, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee, provide outstanding customer service to our loyal customers and be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
With quality and consistency, you will play a key role in maintaining our cafe's reputation for excellence as well as bringing positive, energetic vibes

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing and serving a range of high-quality espresso based beverages including making exceptional coffee with latte art - (We proudly use Paradox Coffee Roasters) as well as making a range of quality cold drinks.
- When on the coffee machine - maintain a clean and well-organized coffee station, restock coffee supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service and use initiative to monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
- Assisting in Front of house areas which include, using our POS system (lightspeed) to take orders & servicing the floor as required.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming café experience with a 'can do' attitude.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold our commitment to quality and consistency.

**Must have**
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a barista and all rounder in a fast-paced cafe - latte art is essential. Experience with a Lamazocco machine is a bonus.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a strong team environment.
- Take initiative and show a proactive approach to daily tasks and team support.
- Be reliable and consistent, with a strong work ethic.At Tap and Grind Cafe' we are a well known cafe in Southport.

Pay: $30.13 - $36.15 per hour
