**Your new role**
- Lodge Sea Cargo Report/Underbonds
- Check pre-alert documents for the registration process.
- Send arrival notifications/pre-alerts to clients, outside brokers, and the transportation department.
- Check transshipments for confirmed vessels or ETD dates and update the system accordingly.
- Pay shipping line / co-load invoices 5 days out to ETA
- Ability to identify any discrepancies on a payable invoice
- Request EDOs to ensure to have them in the system 3 days prior to ETA.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Lodge intent to claim where necessary
- Work from a shared mailbox with categories.
- Adaptability to a team environment with a can-do attitude

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- ICS Customs portal knowledge
- 1 - stop experience
- CargoWise experience
