**IMPORT SEA FREIGHT OPERATOR - BRISBANE**

**Your New Role**
- Coordinate the end-to-end import sea freight process, including liaising with clients, carriers and overseas agents
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and service providers
- Supply clients with import sea freight quotations
- Support to seafreight and cross trade shipments as required
- Working within this established operations team
- Managing sea freight job registrations, handling documentation submissions, and closely coordinating with providers to ensure the smooth arrival of cargo.
- Ensuring relevant certification is recorded updated and edited as necessary using CargoWise.
- Ensure delays are minimised and the cartage team have all relevant information to allow the immediate delivery of Cargo/freight as soon as it has been cleared
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in Import Sea Freight Operators, logistics or related field
- Positive can-do attitude working in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Assertive and proactive approach to tasks
- Experience using CargoWise One will be highly regarded
- Hard working attitude
- Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
