**Help on Wheels (HOW)** is a registered NDIS Service Provider dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to people with disabilities and the elderly. We are currently seeking a **qualified, confident, compassionate and passionate Client Service Coordinator** to join our growing team in the Sydney area.

**About the Role**:
The coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating supports and services to help particpant achieve theri goal, enhance their quality of life, and maintain independence. This role is both person-centred and outcomes-focused, requiring a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, effective communication skills, and a deep commitment to advocacy and empowerment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in case managment, service coordination, social work or community services
- Relevant Qualification (Cert IV, Diploma or Degree in social work, nursing, Ageing, Disability or relevant field)
- Excellent communication and organisational Skills
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and ability to drive
- Excellent knowledge of the NDIS Framwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
