Revit Drafter - Melbourne or Geelong - Permanent up to $130k + super Buildings

This mid tier consultancy has been around for over 30 years, leading as a civil & structural design consultancy it is one of Melbourne's market leader when it comes to building design. With hundreds of staff over multiple offices in Australia they are expanding their portfolio of medium to high rise building projects within industrial, residential and commercial projects.

**Your new role**
Due to healthy and steady growth, they are seeking a Revit drafter to join their dynamic team of experts. Ready to jump on the tools? As a Revit drafter you'll be reporting to the drafting lead on multiple projects ensuring projects deliverables are met in a timely and quality manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have worked in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key. Previous experience as a Revit drafter in a consultancy environment will ensure you can jump straight in with the backing of the following:

- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant professional experience across residential and commercial projects coupled with a tertiary qualification in drafting or 9 - 10 years of relevant drafting experience
- Advanced CAD skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate information of a more complex nature
- Demonstrated experience of mentoring and training staff members
- Commercial awareness with experience of managing and delivering projects to deadlines and on budget
- Certificates for formal training in Revit / AutoCAD
- Diploma in Engineering
- Qualification in project management highly regarded
