**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Revit (Structures)
- Good knowledge of connections and detailing.
- Project experience with BIM processes and workflows.
- Some experience building Revit Families/Templates ideal but not necessary
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret documents
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal communication).

The client provides access and training to software such as Dynamo and already has a team of drafters to work with. They also offer a flexible working culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce structural Revit models/drawings according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve design issues.
- Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain Revit families and templates.
- Provide documentation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the drafting team to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
