**Success in this dual role means you will be responsible for**:

- **Ordering, forecasting and allocation of vehicles.**:

- **Communicating / liaising effectively the status of stock to management and staff via databases and spreadsheets.**:

- **Liaising with Toyota Motor Corporation Australia regarding ordering, dispatching and the arrival of stock**:

- **Sourcing and invoicing vehicles**:

- **Preparing Vehicle registrations, transfers & acquisitions**:

- **Adhoc Duties**

**This is a fast-paced role requiring you to liaise effectively with several departments.**

**About you**:

- **Previous Vehicle registrations & Stock control experience**:

- **Knowledge and experience in working with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite**:

- **Transport Main Roads Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)**:

- **DealerLogic/Registration software experience (highly desirable)**:

- **Experience working in the automotive industry (highly desirable)**:

- **A positive attitude with strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures**:

- **Competency with IT systems & professional literacy skills**:

- **The ability to prioritise urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy**:

- **Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team**
