As our new Sales Coordinator you will join a ‘high performing team that has fun’ This is an entry level role and you shall be offered a unique experience to be mentored, grow your skills in professional sales to eventually flourish into a Sales Account Manager.
Your job is a team and client-focused role, supporting the sales team in delivering outcomes to our clients. You will do this by both interacting with our clients as a first point of contact and assisting management, the greater sales team, and in serving our client base. The role is in a range of activities including sales administration, assisting in driving sales opportunities, process adherence, quote review, contributing to process improvement and driving sales efficiencies, with a primary focus on ensuring high client satisfaction through pro-active, responsive client engagement and administrative support to the greater Sales team.
**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
- 2 years of proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role - you’ll stand out if it’s been in ICT Sector
- Attitude is everything to us. You’ll have a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
