**Your role**

We are the largest Australian manufacturer of bar soaps, liquid bleach and firelighter cubes and looking to expand our Finished Goods Warehouse Team in Shepparton, Victoria.

You will provide excellent customer service by responding to in-bound calls, processing orders, claims and enquiries. No two days are ever the same in this exciting role, it’s a great chance to work as part of a collaborative, friendly and supportive team This is a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including data entry and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with your team to foster a positive, supportive work environment and contribute to improving customer service processes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaboration within teams
- High communication capability to work with multiple stakeholders and customers (written, verbal and in person as required)
- Proficient user of MS Office suite
