Job Title: Customer Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Retail Customers and Billing Department as a Customer Services Officer.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to provide front-line support to customers in relation to billing, tenancy, property, and debt services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide information related to water services and respond to customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience: In a customer-facing or similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Certificate 3 or above: In Business (or a related field) is preferred, or we will support you to undertake a relevant qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet quality performance standards in a busy contact centre environment.
