**Personal Assistant to General Manager, Government Relations and General Manager, Stakeholder Engagement**

- Support the delivery of the Stockland strategy in Government and Stakeholder Engagement

We have an exciting opportunity for an high-performing, experienced personal assistant with exceptional stakeholder skills to support the General Manager, Government Relations, and the General Manager Stakeholder Engagement.

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, while also offering flexibility to balance working between the office and home.

Ideally, you will have more than 5 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting senior leaders or executives and be energised by a senior, high-paced team with a shared focus on excellence.

**About the role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management, travel, organisation of approvals and the provision of support including the preparation of minutes, agendas and reports for the 2 GMs.
- Management of suppliers, including accounts
- Information management, including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence and project files for easy retrieval.
- Collaboration with the wider Stockland business this role is essential for helping to connect the dots and bring everything together
- Set up team days, organise the team meetings.

**About You**

You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly connect the dots and collaborate with wider Stockland business network. Comfortable using the full Microsoft Office 365 suite Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel and SAP, you will be fully trained in using other relevant systems.
