We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our General Manager of Commercial Property Marketing and General Manager of Brand and Channels and their teams.
**About the role**
As a Personal Assistant, you will be supporting the General Managers and their teams with administration, communication and information/workflow management.
A diverse role that will require excellent initiative and a keen ability to effectively priortise and manage a range of competing tasks.
Based at our Sydney office on Castlereagh Street, the role offers flexibility to balance working between the CBD office and home.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Perform diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management
- Provide a warm and helpful interface between the General Managers and key stakeholders
- Collecting and maintaining files, records, and project files
- Drafting, formatting, and collating presentations and internal communications
- Acting as the professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with timely invoice payments, expense and budget management, and other ad hoc administration
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a PA or Team Assistant role. Your love for coordinating and organising, and your desire to go above and beyond for your stakeholders are the qualities that make you great at what you do. With exceptional attention to detail, you are proactive in identifying solutions, committed to achieving quality outcomes and can naturally priortise a busy work schedule. With excellent communication and MS Office skills, you are someone who builds trusting working relationships with your peers, managers, and stakeholders.
