**About the Role**

This role will help our business to bring in new leads and increase the number of prospects in our sales funnel through lead management. Your responsibility is to generate inbound and outbound leads, qualify and nurture them, progressing them to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) status that can be then handed over to the sales teams to be converted as Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) helping them to fill their sales pipeline and funnel to boost sales.

This role will also assist in helping the company maintain a high customer retention rate with our existing customer accounts by identifying customers that qualify for an upgrade. You will regularly review various databases such as; Salesforce, Finance Customer Portal, Customer Service Records and conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey to generate upgrade opportunities for the sales team to close.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or english
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using 365 Office Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Proven experience in lead generation or lead management
- Familiar with lead management software and the basics of online marketing.
- Familiar with major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to effectively generate and manage existing leads.
