**YOUR ROLE**
We are looking for an outstanding Manager, Performance Reporting & Data to join our team. You’ll develop and oversee reporting for the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) leadership team to drives meaningful business improvement.

You’ll lead a team who will leverage data from across the IIA value chain, to assist the IIA business with learning and decision making to achieving its strategic objectives. You will support the design and build of whole of business reporting that fulfils the reporting needs of portfolio, distribution, claims and product in an integrated way. You’ll also ensure the ongoing delivery of critical business reporting with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A proven track record of delivering efficient and effective reporting in a general insurance context
- Demonstrated experience in the general insurance industry with a strong understanding of all parts of the insurance value chain
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours
- Understanding of performance metrics and drivers
- Excellent problem solving, strategic and critical thinking skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship management capability at all levels of management
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
