**The Role**

The role's primary purpose is to manage the delivery of our monthly client reporting, capturing all aspects of performance, validating data, producing analysis and adding commentary, as well as addressing issues requiring focus. The position is also responsible for driving the integrity of all supporting data that drives the contract, including work order analytics, interfacing system reconciliation, problem-solving, asset and maintenance data changes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the delivery of a completed monthly report to the client is timely each month with accuracy.
- Monitor and drive results contained within the report to ensure that the contractual KPIs are achieved, working with the account team and vendors to address any shortfalls.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of data used on the contract to ensure accuracy.
- Monthly running of the planned maintenance schedule.
- Ad hoc trend analysis on work order data to look for improvement opportunities.

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have a great personality and excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Passion for using MS excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, V Lookups, Graphical representation, and trend analysis ability, for bringing together and analysing data from multiple sources.
- The ability to understand, analyse, interpret and report on property/facility and information and trends, with experience in the development, analysis and reporting of complex KPIs;
- Power BI reporting capabilities preferred
- A solid understanding of MS Word to produce good quality, well-set up word reports (other platforms may be optional) to present the critical data
- Demonstrated experience in providing written reports and recommendations
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities
