**Your role**
The main goal of this role is to design an architecture and lead the reporting, analytics, and technical teams to bring the MyWorkZone initiatives to life. You’ll shape the strategy and framework for Systems Integrators and Agency stakeholders and coordinate all related activities.
**What you’ll do**
Your role includes:
- Leading the Reporting, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure top-notch solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and deployed.
- Providing expertise in Reporting, Analytics, and Technical areas, and supporting external partners within agreed service levels. Overseeing technology and analytics in architecture, design, build, and deployment activities.
- Turning reporting needs into actionable reports and dashboards. Collaborating across departments to maintain consistent data quality. Continuously reviewing reports to identify improvements, aiming to reduce redundant reporting and create a single source of truth.
- Focusing on analytics to provide valuable insights that drive improvements. Analyzing data and developing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managing various data sources and using data modeling to enhance reporting capabilities and generate valuable insights.

- Navigate a complex organization that’s undergoing major structural and service delivery changes, using innovative strategies to ensure successful and sustainable services.
- Leverage technical expertise and monitor technical practices in a fast-paced environment while staying committed to business goals.
- Handle varying levels of information maturity and operational commitment across the organization, educating teams on best practices for information management.
- Balance the needs of roadmap-initiated programs and day-to-day operations within a dynamic business environment experiencing significant change.
