**About the role at Australian Payments Plus**

As the Lead Product Manager within our Retail Processing & Security team, you will mentor and lead a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers and take responsibility for the execution and promotion of the product strategy across our switching platform, encryption, connectivity, payments security and tokenization.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
