**Dream job for any Lead Digital Product Manager with an interest in Soccer This SportsTech Start-Up hosts all digital content for the highest level of soccer in Australia and globally. They are looking for a Lead Digital Product Manager to assist in the creation of brand-new products, whilst also enhancing their core platform and managing the existing product team**

**You are an experienced Lead Digital PM who prioritises delivery and quality, with a passion for product, p.s non-soccer fans with the right tech skills, please apply**

**Key Points**
Up to $190K + Super + free match tickets and sports merchandise etc

Fantastic work location in a brand new office which will be disclosed

Collaborative work environment and flexible work culture with hybrid remote working (2 days p/w).

**The Role**:
As the Lead PM, you will mainly be responsible for the transformation delivery of the client's digital ecosystem and play a key role in driving their broader digital strategy whilst also managing and growing the current product team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing a team of product managers and their respective squads
- Accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of the digital product team
- Improving growth metrics (revenue, ticket sales, memberships, merchandise, TV subscriptions)
- Owning the end-to-end execution of product teams initiatives, from discovery to delivery

**Requirements**:

- Around 10 years of Digital Product Management experience
- Experience in a leadership role managing a product team or other product managers
- Skilled in developing and delivering a product roadmap
- Relevant industry experience in either a Sports or Media environment is HIGHLY desirable
