**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for an AR Receipting Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintain accounts receivable accounts to ensure ageing is up to date, credits and payments are applied.
This is a hybrid role and can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne
**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distributionof cash receipt, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls
- Provision of information and analysis to support the year end audit process
- Undertake month end processes and reconciliation to ensure that data is accurate
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Zenitas accounting records and financial systems
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience of 2+ years in a high-volume environment within Healthcare or Aged Care industry
- Experience with a major Enterprise Resource Planning system
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving and numerical skills
- High level of drive, motivation, and initiative
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
**Additional Requirements**:
- National Police Records Check
- NDIS Worker Screen or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of work rights
- Preparedness to undertake some intra and interstate travel
