**Your new company**

**Your new role**
You will report to the Financial Controller and your duties will include
- Prepare and send monthly Debtor statements
- Engage and liaise with Dispute Resolution team to take recovery action for overdue debts where required
- Process ad-hoc client invoices
- Answer client queries and liaise with Principals to resolve client complaints
- Assist the Financial Controller to ensure cash-flow is controlled and monitored at regular periodic intervals
- Negotiate and manage client payment plans as required
- Undertake detailed analysis and modelling of financial data for debt management purposes
- Use efficient accounts processes ensuring accuracy, completeness and management of debtors
- Establish KPIs for accounts receivable administration to encourage efficiency and accuracy of processes but also to manage the expectations/relationship with the firm
- Assist the Financial Controller in project management, which could include targeting specific debtor categories and maintaining the database for contacts and method of payments
