QQada HR Consulting is looking for a talented Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clients’ workforce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content.
- Facilitate training sessions on various topics, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, communication skills, and technical competencies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide individual coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Assist in the development of training policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and e-learning authoring tools.
