The team currently have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. Reporting to the General Manager and based in Melbourne, Victoria, this is an exciting position that will be responsible for ensuring that key result targets are achieved across Estimating, Marketing, Selections, Customer Care and to ensure timely and effective handover to consumers.

**About the role**:
This is a permanent, full-time position.

The role is key to creating better lives for our customers and has responsibilities in the following areas:

- Managing the Operations Division with accountability for performance management, coaching and mentoring, personal development and the setting and reviewing of individual KPIs.
- Participating as a member of the leadership team to develop plans and strategies that further the growth of the company.
- Ensuring Estimating teams work closely with all other divisions to provide accurate and timely information.
- Ensuring a smooth transition of a file from pre-sales to go-live.
- Managing the Customer Service team through the pre-project stage to ensure approvals are met and OK to Starts are delivered in a timely manner, as well as ensuring industry leading communication throughout the whole process, including pre, during and post project.
- Detailed monitoring and management of the key pre-site workflows ensuring KPI’s are met and high degree of visibility is provided to the executive team via accurate forecasting and regular reporting.
- Continuously monitor operational systems and procedures for opportunities to improve functions.
- Actively contribute to the short term and long-term business financial forecasting/budgeting.
