In Australia, 42% of schools use Stile, and we expect this number to continue to grow. The Stile team is made up of 80+ teachers, scientists, artists and engineers who genuinely care about improving scientific literacy among young citizens.

Responsibilities

- Helping schools get more from their subscription: ensure schools and teachers get maximum value from Stile, monitor engagement, support renewals, and run campaigns or data-driven improvements that delight customers.

- Streamlining and automating processes: identify ways to simplify and improve efficiency for the Schools team and customers, including automating key communications and introducing data-driven nudges and celebration campaigns.

- Overseeing logistics of physical collateral and Stile X workbooks: manage print runs, stock, and timely delivery of booklets and campaigns.

- Turning data into decisions: ensure dashboards, reports and insights are accurate and actionable for leaders to make informed decisions.

- Collaborating and leading across teams: support the growth of the commercial team, set clear goals, and improve operations across Stile.

- Owning projects end-to-end: lead projects from planning through evaluation, ensure goals are met on time, and capture learnings for future improvements.

- You love building and refining processes and take pride in efficient, well-structured systems.

- You have an interest in AI and how it can improve efficiency across teams.

- You’re familiar with, or keen to learn, tools like Asana (project management), Salesforce (CRM and reporting), and Looker (data analytics).

- Data excites you; you spot patterns and use insights to guide decisions.

- You enjoy collaborating with other leaders, bringing empathy and clear communication to the table.

- You’re proactive, strategic, and able to work independently while contributing in a team environment.

Hours and location

This is a full-time, 12-month contract role (possible extension) with flexible hours. The office is located on Exhibition Street in Melbourne CBD; remote or hybrid arrangements are accommodated where possible to support focus and collaboration.
