My client is a software house dedicated to improving the way the world moves. They deliver global solutions for airports, car sales organisations and service operators that help to grow revenue and drive operating efficiencies. They are based near Birmingham Airport and have a mantra of employing ‘amazing people and giving them the freedom to deliver brilliant things.’ Due to continued growth they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Working with some of the largest operators in the industry across various airport locations to oversee operational excellence; focussing on customer success, project delivery and ultimately, great end user (airport passenger) experiences...
- Owning, growing and nurturing all relationships with our customers
- Developing initiatives / presenting to various stakeholders to implement enhancements
- Coordinating change management activities
- Ensuring customers are getting the most out of our platform
- Championing the customer experience to improve / maintain feedback and NPS targets
- Identifying any gaps or operational improvements and feeding into the product roadmap
- Attending and acting as product advocate at industry events
- Developing new relationships with potential customers

A full driving licence, together with an expectation to undertake UK travel and stay away from home overnight when required

**Experience / Skills**:

- Has a mass vehicular movement background (automotive, logistics, warehouse, courier), managing midsize times (to c50 per shift)
- Exposure to 365, 24/7 working environments requiring detailed workforce planning and multiple KPI metrics
- An amazing communicator - happy to speak to large teams, win over stakeholders, develop compelling presentations and negotiate deals
- Ability to roll sleeves up and assist other departments with project management experience from sponsor through to delivery
- Good understanding of best practices of end-to-end customer service covering people, process, and technology; able to understand ‘the bigger picture’
- Experience working on service processes, KPIs and tools in warehousing / logistics or courier style services
- Analytical and logical, with an ability to anticipate issues and identify improvement opportunities
- A great capacity to work in full autonomy and able to adapt and succeed in an environment of rapid change

**Salary**: $600.00 per day
