At Rogers Management, we work closely with our clients to provide solutions within Resource Planning & Recruitment within Mining, Construction, Engineering & Health. We are not a traditional Recruitment agency but offer a retainer model to provide an all-rounded service to our clients with a focus on building relationships with our client's teams to avoid isolated recruitment solutions. As part of our service, our approach allows us to consult on operational, organisational development and strategic resource planning to align recruitment solutions with the overall client's business objectives, which in turns supports retention, new and existing employees.

**About You**
We are looking for a customer facing individual, with strong administration background, attention to detail in following client onboarding processes is key. This is a varied and autonomous role in a fast-paced environment, at Rogers we are outcome focused, and can offer flexibility.
We are looking for the right person to join the team. We are **open to full time 38 hours week or part time across 5 days.**
If you have an interest or previous experience within resource planning or recruitment, there are opportunities to develop in a growing business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Requesting, managing all necessary tickets and paperwork
- Sending out new start paperwork
- Booking and reviewing medical results
- Organising and reviewing National Police Clearances
- Check ins with new employees prior to start date and one week after their start date.
- Assist recruitment with blue and white collar phone screens
- Assisting with recruitment with phone queries
- Book interviews in person and via video
- Willingness to assist team members and support the team during peak periods to get the task over the line
**Essential Requirements**:
- Previous Administration Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise
- Autonomous, team player and calm under pressure
- Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR, site administration or mobilisation is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to problem solve and make phone calls as required to ensure communication is clear and any issues actual or foreseen are resolved promptly
- Organised and proactive approach with ability to prioritise against deadlines
- Experience - Microsoft Outlook, Excel
- The recruitment process will include a national police clearance.
