As a growing, dynamic business, elk is looking for an experienced **Property Manager**.

You will use your experience in managing the entire property management book (portfolio). We hold QLD and NSW licences and the properties under management span the metropolis that is Northern NSW through to the Sunshine Coast and west to the Greater Springfield area.

The position will be full-time.

Reporting to the Licensee, your role is to take charge of the management and growth of the properties under management.

**You will be responsible for**:

- overseeing on a daily basis the property management
- managing landlord communication and relationships
- perform all outbound property management related duties including but not limited to listings, lettings, document delivery & retrieval, key handovers, Open Homes, inspections, etc.
- calling and talking to potential clients and contacts to develop business opportunities
- maintaining strong working relationships with staff and relevant shareholders
- assisting with invoice payment processing for properties
- business reporting for the real estate agency
- managing property maintenance and repairs with 3rd-party service providers
- giving owners and tenants superior service and respect as a seasoned professional
- must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Licensed Salesperson qualified
- minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- current and valid drivers licence
- experience in Console Property Management Platform is a plus
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Be very comfortable speaking on the phone with people in a professional and polite manner
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the business and Management

Remuneration will be based on professional experience and qualifications.

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
