**Daily Responsibilities May Include**:

- Promote Accor's ALL Loyalty Program
- Maintain high guest service standards, upholding the luxury experience
- Process payments, room allocations and guest requests
- Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong administration skills, experience using Office 365 and Opera PMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
