As a Group Reservations Agent at The William Inglis Hotel, you’ll be at the heart of orchestrating seamless group stays, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored for groups of 10 rooms or more. From managing bookings, payments, and rooming lists to preparing detailed group information sheets and coordinating with hotel stakeholders, your role is integral to creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments, handle special requests with finesse, and support the Front Office team to maintain impeccable standards. This is your chance to shine in a dynamic role where no two days are the same, all while contributing to the legacy of a hotel that blends history with unparalleled luxury.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems, such as Opera and Opera Cloud are favourable.
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster
