As an Account Manager at BGIS, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our existing client. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

**This role is based at the Gold Coast, QLD**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI’s are achieved.
- The contract’s financial success through delivery of the yearly profit forecast.
- Active management of the BGIS’ contract team through effective leadership and communication.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship.
- Deliver all services in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS’ business systems.
- OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

**Experience and qualifications**:

- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Services.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
- Strong demonstrated experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors with strong diplomacy, contract management with a focus on identifying and building key client relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of current technical legislation in relation to the delivery of Facilities Maintenance Managemen t.
- Formal tertiary qualifications such as a bachelor degree or masters in Property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline.
- Training in current OH & S and QA and environmental legislations and systems.
- Industry recognised course in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline.
- Facilities Maintenance Management, Project Management and / or Property Management qualifications.
