**Position Summary**

Responsible for Service, Repairs and all spare parts support across the business, this role will include the identification and quoting of spare parts to customers both domestic and international. Order processing from receipt to dispatch will follow and liaison with customers from time to time throughout the supply period will form an important part of day to day work.

In addition to spare parts the role is responsible for quotation and coordinating the in house repair of our pumps and reciprocating compressors. Primarily this will comprise identification of items on receipt, coordination with shop floor staff to inspect and then quote and report on findings where required. From time to time failure analysis or reporting may be undertaken in conjunction with the Business Development, Sales or Engineering Departments. Setting up, scheduling and coordination of repairs as well as ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders forms a critical part of this role.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Advising and quoting spare parts for our products in response to customer enquiries
- Direct Sales Order entry
- Taking calls from customers and helping as the first point of contact where possible
- Coordinating all aspects of the repair process from goods receipt to dispatch including quotation as well as any reporting or customer liaison where required
- Generation and maintenance of files in line with Quality Procedures for all repair quotes and orders
- Other tasks required from time to time to ensure smooth communication with customers or other stakeholders

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Mechanical or technical qualifications trade/ certificate/ degree and experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft products and data entry
- Experience with ERP computer system is highly desirable
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Attention to detail
- A can do attitude
