Customer Service Representative
Location: Newcastle
Pay: $32.69 per hour plus
Ongoing contracted role
Hours: Rotating roster between 8am - 6pm / 35 hours per week

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Working in a fast-paced environment, taking inbound calls, and responding to enquiries
- Managing a group inbox, using multiple programs at once including CRMs
- Mixture of administration tasks and general ad hoc

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous customer service, admin, sales, or government experience
- Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new programs
- Good communicator, previous stakeholder management experience
