Brock Jaymes Tiling located on the Gold Coast specialize in transforming outdoor spaces by tiling new pools & pool renovations. We’re looking for experienced and detail-oriented Pool Tilers, Qualified Tilers & Apprentice Tilers to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional tiling services for ongoing projects.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tile Installation**: Measure and cut tiles to fit pool surfaces, ensuring alignment and even spacing. Install tiles on pool floors, walls, steps, and other related areas.
- **Design Implementation**: Follow design blueprints and specifications to install tiles that meet the client's vision and specifications.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized worksite at all times.
- **Repairs & Maintenance**: Repair and replace tiles on existing pools as required, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pool tiler or in a similar tiling position (minimum of 2 years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of pool tiling materials, including mosaics, ceramics, porcelain, and natural stone.
- Ability to measure, cut, and fit tiles accurately.
- Experience with grouting, sealing, and finishing tile installations.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a construction environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours and strenuous tasks (e.g., lifting heavy tiles, working in outdoor environments).
- Optional: Any certifications or qualifications related to tiling or pool installation would be a plus.
