**What you'll be doing**

Accurately measure, cut, and install tiles on walls and floors using appropriate tools and techniques.

Collaborate with clients and supervisors to understand design requirements and tile layouts.

Utilise tools and materials to create patterns and designs as specified in project plans.

With the Site Supervisor/Project Manager, inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client specifications.

Address any issues or defects in tile installation promptly and efficiently.

Perform repairs on existing tile installations, including re-grouting and replacing damaged tiles.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the project.

Adhere to all safety regulations and standards while on job sites.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within project timelines

Collaborate with the team to coordinate and complete tiling tasks efficiently

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the project.

**What we're looking for**

Proven ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work as part of a team

Physical fitness and stamina to carry out the demands of the role

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods.

Comfort with working in different environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.

Work is performed on various job sites, which may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

May require working evenings or weekends based on project deadlines.

**What we offer**

The Wall and Floor Tiler is a full time position, of 38 hours a week, with an annual remuneration range of $80,000 to $90,000 a year, plus superannuation.
