**The role**:

- Assist your customers in the moments that matter
- Work alongside a team of Business Bankers and specialist support partners to find solutions for your customers
- Manage portfolio of customers with footings up to approx. $100m in both lending and deposits

**Your opportunity**

To pro-actively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels. Full portfolio management via penetration of existing customers, acquisition of new customers and expense management.

**The role and Day to day will include**
- Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key business customers
- Identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
- Develop and improve professional excellence through management of individual and team’s performance.
- Implement annual business plans for the customer portfolio allocated.
- Support the wider team with referral of new opportunities identified

**What you will bring**:

- High level of experience in retail/business banking with a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
- Experience within business banking credit assessment preferred
- Several years of experience in understanding of business/ commercial practices, and related banking products and services.
