About the role

We are looking for a strong leader that has a depth of experience in Banking Operations with extensive knowledge in the onboarding process of new customers.

As our Banking Operations SME, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and training to our Banking Operations Team as well as assisting in the daily maintenance of accounts.

You will be a critical part of ensuring our customers have a positive experience when dealing with BNK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide training to existing and new staff
  • Analyse and process new account applications through multiple broker channels and direct customers
  • Oversee the Banking Operations Team on a day to day basis ensuring SLA's are met and quality of work is maintained
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Team Leader on progress of team
  • Identify and implement uplifts to current processes as required
  • Management of tasks as designated by Banking Operations Team Leader
  • Assist in daily maintenance of customers and accounts
  • Adhering to and leading by example across all policies and procedures
  • Working across multiple platforms
  • Internet banking account creation and administration
  • Educating and assisting customers on our self-service online facilities

About you

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have a minimum 2yrs experience in onboarding new individual customers and non-individual structures in a banking environment
  • Be experienced in training staff
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail across all areas
