**In this Health Banking Manager role, you will**:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
- Work with customers on their proposed annual business plans
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in sales and/or business lending experience in the formal Financial Services sector as well as commercial acumen
- Proven ability to form Business relationships - both internal and external, as well as building appropriate networks, internally and externally
- A strong background in new business development and acquisition
- Experience in working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions as well as up-selling/cross-selling
