Are you a passionate and caring Disability Support Worker who is wanting to make a genuine connection with Clients? We are hunting for the next superstar to join our team in Bundamba

Our Client is looking for a fun and passionate Female Support Worker. Someone that enjoys horror movies, arts and who loves animals - especially horses. She needs an individual who can support her in the community, helping her to develop independence and daily living skills.

This young lady requires someone who can pick her up from school and take her to fortnightly allied health appointments. Alternate weeks may include some shopping and cooking or heading to the beach for some fishing Your own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.

Shifts are available:

- **Wednesday's 2:30pm to 6:30pm**:

- **Thursday's 2:30pm to 6:30pm**:

- **Saturday's 9:30am to 3:30pm**

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities:

- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Client’s needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals

To be successful you must:

- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $39.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
